Wedding Invitations and Guest Information

You are looking to purchase your wedding invitations but you are worried about having enough room on the card to fit in your guest information. You need to give venue and hotel information along with your gift list. You would also like to include a reply card. That is a lot of information to include in a standard wedding invitation. So what it the answer?

I recommend wallet wedding invitations. These are great cards for couples who have a lot of guest information to give out. The pocket in these cards can fit extra cards such a direction and R.S.V.P cards.

What Does a Wallet Invitation Include?

Most wallet invitations include your invitation wording plus a reply card. Some also include an information card. Some designs might also include a menu choice card, song card choice or other card. The wallet will often include envelopes for cards that need to be returned.

How to Write Your Guest Information Cards

Keeping your Information cards short and to the point is the best way to go. Although these extra cards allow you more room you should bear in mind that you can still only fit so much on. If you are giving directions using a bullet point list is a good idea. Remember to give both the road name and number to aid you guests. For those with a Sat Nav include the wedding venue's postcode.

For gift lists a bullet list also works well, or if you have a large list refer your guests to your online gift list. You can set-up an online gift list with many websites.

Expect to pay a little more for a wallet invite compared. However, remember you are getting extra cards for your money. However, they often work out to be great value for money if you have lots of information to give out.
