Our range of handmade wedding invitations is a collection of luxury designs that use high quality cards, sumptuous satin ribbons and diamante buckles. Many designs come with a choice of ribbon colours to coordinate with your wedding day theme.

Our handmade wedding invitations have been created to provide you and your guests with that wow feeling. We believe each design encapsulates the essence of luxury and sophistication. Must haves for any Bride wanting the perfect day.
Each design uses high quality materials such as diamante buckles, faux pearl embellishments and satin ribbon. In order to coordinate perfectly with your wedding day each invitation comes with a choice of ribbon colours.
Our handmade wedding invitations are carefully crafted in-house to ensure that each card is beautifully finished.
The Order Process
After you have placed your order we will begin creating your proof. Most proofs are created within 2 to 4 working days of you submitting your wording. Your proof will show your wording in your chosen typeface and ink colour. At this stage you can make amendments to your proof if required. Once the proof is to your liking your order will be sent to print. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for your order. As each card is handmade the process takes a little longer than our standard printed wedding invitations. However, we think our designs are well worth the wait!
Samples
Due to their hand crafted nature each design takes significant time to produce we therefore need to charge for samples. However, the cost of the samples will be reimbursed off your final order from The Paper Pearl Collection*. As our samples are handmade please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. A small delivery charge of £1.00 is applied to each order.
*The cost of the samples can not be reimbursed off our other ranges.

How We Make Our Handmade Wedding Invitations
Once the proof is approved by yourself the inserts will be printed. Usually while the inserts are being printed the assembly of the invitations begins. Assembly of each handmade invitation differs depending on the design. With our handmade pocket invitations the outside of the card is completed including adding any ribbons and embellishements before attaching the insert. With many of our flat postcard designs the insert is layered onto card first before the embellishments are attached. This layer is then attached to the bottom and final layer of card. Once the handmade wedding invitations are completed they are carefully and securly packaged up along with the envelopes. Most of our handmade cards are fully assembled by ourselves, however, some designs due to their nature require some assembly, if this is required it will be stated in the product description.

How long will my order take? We recommend that you allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery of your handmade wedding stationery from proof approval. For printed stationery delivery is normally within 10 to 15 working days. The proofing process normally takes 2 to 4 working days.
Can I have my order quicker than the stated timescales? Because these designs are handmade it does take us longer to produce than printed designs. However, we may be able to make them quicker if we are not too busy. Please note that Spring and Summer time is our busiest period so please take this into consideration when ordering your wedding stationery.
Can I order my wedding invitations and order of service now but supply the wording for the order of service at a later date? Yes, this is not a problem, when needed we will spilt orders into 2 or more deliveries. You can order all your wedding stationery now and supply the wording when your ready but make sure to leave us enough time to proof and print your order.
