Delivery

We aim to deliver within 10 to 15 working days of proof approval, however, the majority of orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Non-personalised items are usually dispatched within 7 working days. Delivery for handmade items is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from proof approval. Due to seasonal changes delivery times may vary. These are typical times and are not guaranteed. Most proofs are sent within 2 to 3 working days of you submitting your order (submitting your order includes submitting the data entry form and/or emailing your wording to us). However at busy times of the year it can take up to 5 working days.

For complex items such as table plans, orders of service and orders of the day please allow extra proofing time.

Orders can be sent to an alternative address, such as your place of work. When ordering please enter your delivery address where it says shipping address.

The majority of orders are sent via courier and require a signature on delivery. Other orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or for smaller orders Standard Post. Orders can be tracked online via the courier's website.

PLEASE NOTE: Because most of our wedding stationery suppliers also print Christmas cards the Christmas period is a very busy time for them. Over the Christmas period proofing and delivery times may be extended.
