Terms and Conditions



Order Process

To place an order please follow the on screen instructions once you have chosen a design. After you submit an order you will receive an order reference number and a confirmation email. For wedding stationery orders your confirmation email will contain a link to a form. This form will allow you to fill in the venue details, bride and groom's name etc. Once completed you will be required to confirm that all the details entered are correct. Following this we will send you a layout proof via email. At this stage you may amend or approve the proof. Once approved the order will go to print. If your choose to amend the proof you will be sent an amended proof. Proofs are normally sent within 2 to 3 working days of submitting your order (submitting your order includes submitting the data entry form and/or emailing your wording to us). However at busy times of the year it can take up to 5 working days.

Your order will be dispatched after your proof has been approved and payment confirmed. Products that do not need proofing, such as wedding favours will be dispatched after payment has been confirmed. Please see delivery section for delivery times.

Order of Service, Order of Day and Menu layouts should be in Word format and should be sent to sales@love2print.co.uk. Once your email has been received we will proof your order.

Table Plan layouts should be sent to sales@love2print.co.uk. We request that you supply us with the Bride and Grooms' names, wedding date, venue name, Table Numbers/Names, Layout and Guest Seating Plan in Upper and Lower case letters with Guest Names printed in Word or Excel format. Please note that your Table plans layout will be saved to CD before sending to CCA Occasions. Please allow extra time for this process. Once CCA Occasions have received your plan a proof will be sent to you.


Payment

Love2print accepts payment via all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. Paypal is used by us as our payment gateway, however, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase from us.


Delivery Times/Cost

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 - 15 working days of you submitting the order or where required, your proof approval. Due to seasonal changes delivery times may vary. These are typical times and are not guaranteed. It is recommended that you send invitations at least 3 months before the wedding date. We therefore recommend submitting your order at least 16 weeks before the date of the wedding.

Delivery within the UK mainland is charged at £4.95 per order. For samples, favours, garters and orders totalling £200.00+ delivery is free. We deliver within the UK only.

PLEASE NOTE: Because most of our wedding stationery suppliers also print Christmas cards the Christmas period is a very busy time for them. Over the Christmas period proofing and delivery times may be extended.

Refunds/Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order is faulty or has been damaged in transit we will exchange the goods or issue a full refund.


Errors

If we have made an error on your order we will refund you or send the correct order. If you have made a mistake, for example provided incorrect details and then approved a proof, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. For this reason we recommend that you check all details carefully before submitting your order or proof approval.


Change of Mind

We do not have a "Change Of Mind" policy on personalised items and therefore we recommend that you order a sample before placing your order. Non-personalised items can be returned for a full refund. Please notify us via email within 7 working days of receiving the goods that you wish to return them. You will need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us at your own cost.




Caricature Artwork

Upon receipt of your photo and/or payment, whichever is the latter, we will commission artwork on your behalf. At this point, any agreed refund will be minus a £10.00 sketching fee.


Printing

Whilst every effort will be made to complete orders using the materials specified, we must reserve the right to substitute the nearest available material if necessary. Some products are handmade and therefore each item may vary slighty.


Samples

One sample will be sent for each design you select. This will be a sample of the wedding invitation. You may order up to 3 samples per manufacturer, with the exception of Collisons, where you may order 2 samples.

Samples will be dispatched within 3 to 10 working days depending on the supplier.

Assembly

Some products require assembly. Details are provied on each product description.

Orders of Service/Orders of the Day of More than 4 Pages

Orders of service/Orders of the Day which require more than 4 printed pages (1 folded insert, printed on 4 sides) may incur an extra charge. Orders will be quoted at the time of proofing (once the order of service has been type set). This is so the printer can confirm exactly how many pages are required. You will then be sent an invoice for the extra pages, if you are unhappy with the quote you may cancel the order. Currently Collisons charge £75 for each extra insert required (an extra insert consists of 1 folded insert printed on 4 sides). BelArto charge £15 for each extra insert required. CCA Occasions charge £15 per extra side required.

Foreign Text

CCA Occasions and Collisons charge £24.00 per item to print in a language other than English. BelArto charge £25.00 per item. Please provide your invitation in Microsoft Word format. If you require printing in a foreign language you will be sent an invoice for the total due after you have placed your order.
